Origines be Holistic was born from a meeting between two people with different paths, brought together by a house passed down by Coralie's grandmother, in the heart of the Lot region, in the Célé valley. Valentin, a native of this valley, found an obvious connection there.
Together, we are shaping a way of life. A daily life focused on care: for oneself, for others, for the earth. Every room, every dish, every word carries this simple intention: to welcome with love, to cook with meaning, to create a sincere space where one can fully slow down, breathe, and savor.
This place, steeped in life and history, gave birth in 2024 to a profound desire: to share a sensitive and sincere way of life. Here, we cherish the present moment, the connections, and what truly nourishes us. The welcome is warm, the cuisine vibrant, balanced, and full of flavor. Every detail is carefully considered, with respect for all living things and a desire to offer well-being.

Coralie: The founding impulse, the soul of the place
Coralie wasn't destined to stay in the Lot region. After ten years abroad, she returns one summer to her grandmother's house, just for the holidays. But at a village market, she meets Valentin. That day, she makes a heartfelt choice. She decides to stay, to leave her old life behind, to build a life here, for love.
From this union, Origines was born. Coralie is its initiator. She envisions its foundations, its purpose, its spirit. She considers the spaces, the rhythms, the textures, the cuisine. She wants a place where people are cared for, where they share, where they live simply but fully.
An intuitive entrepreneur, passionate about hospitality and sharing knowledge, she infuses the project with her clarity, sensitivity, and gentle strength. Without her, Origines would never have existed. With her, it comes to life, day after day.
Valentin: Create to live, build to connect
A native of the Célé Valley, Valentin worked in the hotel industry for many years before returning to his roots. When he met Coralie at a summer market, everything changed. Their meeting became inevitable. She chose to stay. He chose to commit. From their connection would emerge a project greater than themselves: Origines .
Valentin needs to create in order to thrive. Imagining, building, structuring: this is his way of connecting the tangible with the living. With his hands, he gives form to Coralie's vision. Together, they are building a coherent, rooted, vibrant place.
